I think the best way to start off is to introduce myself to you. Hi, my name is Adriana *holds out arm for a handshake*. I'm almost eighteen, live in Queensland Australia and aspiring to go to University this year (Bachelor of Journalism). I absolutely love to write, I find it's the only talent I have. I couldn't draw to save my life and I'm hopeless at sports.
I'm completely shy and have been so my entire life. I always feel that people are judging me, always afraid that something stupid will slip out of my mouth if I open it, and I'm hopeless at making conversation with people I'm not close to. My group of friends are the only people who have actually put up with my shyness while I've gotten to know them better and eventually come out of my shell.
I love reading. Jane Austen, the Bronte sisters, J.K. Rowling... I adore Pride and Prejudice, Wuthering Heights, the Harry Potters (maybe to the extreme), The Tomrorrow Series and The Book Thief.
M favourite movie is Moulin Rouge, followed closely by Tomorrow When the War Began, Pride and Prejudice and The Breakfast Club.
Lady Gaga is by far my favourite artist. Katy Perry, James Blunt, Lisa Mitchell, Florence + the Machine, Angus and Julia Stone...
I love watching Merlin, Glee, Greys Anatomy and Gossip Girl.
I've got really curly hair, which I hate. I love anything floral or vintage, Audrey Hepburn, pretty photos, looking through recipe books, changing my room around, iced tea, tea cups and lace.
I desperately want to travel through Europe and go to Prince Edward Island in Canada (because of Anne of Green Gables).
I also want a giant book shelf in my room.
